The Thunderbird Property Owners AssociationSM (TPOASM), a voluntary civic association, has served for over 50 year to enhance the Lake Santeetlah community and the surrounding area through volunteer work and charitable contributions. The organization sponsors community-wide events for families and friends, welcomes new homeowners to the lake, and provides donations to the key community-serving organizations in Graham County. Over the years, TPOA has advocated for clean water, well-maintained roads, good governance, and importantly, a great social atmosphere at Lake Santeetlah.
